Reservation terms

* In case of no-show or late cancellation the total cost of the cabin and extra services ordered will be charged.
* We will charge your credit card in accordance with the cancellation terms stated in your reservation. If payment is declined we have the right to cancel the reservation. 
* Valid credit card number is required to guarantee all reservations.

* We accept Mastercards, Visa-Cards, Debit and Credit.

Cancellation and modification Terms

* Standard Cancellation is acceptable seven days before your aarival, and a full refund on the price you paid will be reissued. Cancellation should be written by email to dalasetur@dalasetur.is.

* Non-Refundable reservations are non changeable reservations. 

* Any modification to a reservation must be done before cancellation policy is applied.

Check in Terms

* Check in starts at 16:00 ( 4 pm ), early check-in is subject to availability.  

​* Full payments of extra services are to be paid at check out the latest. 

* You must be 18 or older to Check-in in our cabins.

Check out Terms

* Check-out no later than 11:00 ( 11 am), late Check-out is subject to availability. Let us know before 10:00 ( 10 am ) the morning of your departure.

Smoking and substance Policy

* Smoking/Vaping is prohibited inside the guesthouse and the greenhouse but allowed outside ( Ashtray is on the deck).

* Cleaning fee of 30.000 ISK will be charged if guests smoke or use tobacco inside the cabins.

* Use of any illegal substances or any violance of smoking will be reported to the police.

Other Terms

* If any accidents occur or any damage is inflicted by the guests/renters during their stay, there may be an extra fee added to their bill.

* Children who are under two years old stay for free. A crib and a baby-chair is provided for our little guest only if asked for.
